Terms and Conditions

We accept private patients whom are self funding and insured by all major insurance companies. All of our prices are available based on the individuals needs and requirements.

For self funding patients on the basis of an initial consultation, a deposit payment of 50% of the fee of £160.00  will be required 24 hours in advance by BACS transfer which is non- refundable, this will be confirmed by the Practice Manager that payment has been received.

For  any follow up appointments the fee would be  50% of the fee of £130.00, this will be checked prior to your appointment by the Practice Manager.

In the case of a confirmed self funding patientthatdoes not attend theiroutpatient appointment thenthe fee of £80.00 will beinvoiced. Failure to make this payment will result in further action being taken. 

In the case that the self funding patient requires further investigations then this will be explained at the time of the initial consultation and payment terms will be provided by the Practice Manger.

If in the case that the self funding patient does not attend for their surgery then 100% of the fee will be applied, failure to make this payment will result In further action being taken.

At the time of consent being signed by both parties, a contractual  agreement is confirmed.

If the patient is insured then it will be the responsibility of the patient to provide their membership number and authorisation code before their appointment.

For inured patients that require surgery, the patient will also be required to provide the membership number and authorisation code prior to their surgery being confirmed.

It is the discretion of the individual hospital  and the Consultant to invoice all patients in relation to surgery fees, this will be confirmed  by the practice manager at the time of the booking.

A full copy of the terms and conditions will b sent to each individual.

At the time of consent beingsigned by bothparties, a contractual  agreementisconfirmed.
